At TPF, no one is judged based on their ability to dance or the pasion they have for it; we are all one person. We make friends, we learn dance technique, and we have a great time. "The Performance Factory ran by Christine MaInally has had a huge impact on my life. I started dancing there at age 8 and now I’m currently 15 years old. Starting off I was an extremely shy young girl. Christine herself and all the other children I danced with boosted my confidence better then anyone else could. Christine and I formed a special bond over the years, not only is she my dance teacher but one of my best friends. I started dancing at age 2 but did not really learn how to dance until age 8 when I switched to the performance factory. I started off by learning how to do a proper stretch and shuffle to feeling like I’m dancing on Broadway. If I did not dance at The Performance Factory with such an amazing dance teacher I don’t think my passion for dance would be so strong. Christine has taught me to never give up no matter what. Christine, other dance students, and myself have become one big family. Even when a new student joins they feel comfortable and welcomed into this “family” in no time.
